State Street’s unique four-week program ‘Launch’ delivers a dynamic training environment for new Portfolio Accountants.

The program provides participants with an overview of financial market concepts and prepares Portfolio Accountants for tasks pertinent to their new role: cash tracking, reporting and reconciliation; trading input and settlement; share reconciliation; income monitoring and collection; and corporate actions.

State Street takes an interactive training approach, and as such, ‘Launch’ is an integration of lectures, team exercises, web-based tutorials, case studies, on-the-job observations and simulations. The simulations enable participants to gain confidence in their new role by completing major tasks in a training environment. 

Upon completion of the program, graduates are equipped to begin portfolio administration and pricing on our clients’ portfolios.
